This has been a serious week for anniversaries of horrific events. We've just come out of the commemoration of the 9/11 terrorist attacks in New York, Washington and Pennsylvania.
Tuesday marks the third year since the crash between a Ventura-bound Metrolink commuter train and a Union Pacific freight in Chatsworth that killed 25 people and injured more than 100 others. An engineer who was texting on his cellphone ran a red warning light, investigators said.
A memorial ceremony was held one year after the crash and a memorial plaque placed in the hills overlooking the accident site.
