80-Unit Novato Development Announces Opening

NOVATO, CA — A planned Novato housing development is open for business.
Verandah at Valley Oaks features three model homes from 1,400 to 1,770 square feet, according to Landsea Homes Corporatoin, the development’s parent company.

Sixteen of the new homes are priced below market rate and offered though the city of Novato’s affordable housing program, the company said.
“We’re proud to be able to provide homes that feature modern, high-quality living in this growing region of the Northern Bay Area and look forward to seeing future residents ‘live in their element’,” Jim Suth, a company executive said in a statement.
Landsea Homes was founded in 2013 and listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange as a U.S. homebuilder before being acquired by New York-based LF Capital last year for $510 million, The North Bay Business Journal reports.
