Cop Impersonator in Novato Back in Jail
Martin Allen Clem in custody again, article says.
Martin Allen Clem, the man arrested in 2011 in a road rage incident who in 2012 was found guilty of impersonating a police officer, is back in jail.
The Marin Independent Journal says Clem, of Bel Marin Keys, is being held on weapons charges.
