Novato Star Student Excels In Academics, Athletics, Band
Tessa is lead saxophone in the school band, among other accomplishments.
NOVATO, CA — Star Students are found in classrooms, on concert and theater stages and at debate lecterns, and out in the community doing good things to make life better for all of us.
Here at Patch, we've launched an initiative to help recognize Star Students, and we’re working to tell the stories of these outstanding kids to their neighbors.

Why do you believe the star local student should be recognized?
She is a top academic student, competes in math competitions, is an outstanding athlete and softball player, she is lead saxophone in the school band and plays in church on Sunday, she is involved in our school plays and is working with our school to create a new library for the K-5th grade!
What's one thing you want everyone to know about the star local student?
She is kind and generous to all her classmates!
