Man faces two felonies, two misdemeanors, Novato police say.

An 18-year-old man accused of choking and dragging his pregnant girlfriend through a house faces two felony charges stemming from a domestic violence incident Wednesday morning in Novato, said.
The victim is a 17-year-old girl who is six months pregnant with the suspect's child, Novato police Lt. Keith Heiden said.
Police answered a call to a residence on Knolltop Way at 10:40 a.m. Wednesday, Heiden said. An argument led to a physical confrontation between the man and his girlfriend, and the man is accused of choking, dragging and inflicting minor injuries on the girl, plus preventing her from leaving the house.
