Storm Damage Work Continues This Week On Highway 101, Near Novato
Caltrans will close the far-right lane for a stretch of the highway this week, allowing PG&E to make more repairs from a March landslide.

NOVATO, CA — Late-night commuters should plan for a small hitch this week as PG&E continues repair work along a landslide area near Novato.
As part of that work, Caltrans crews will close the right southbound bound lane of Highway 101 near Redwood Boulevard, starting at 8 p.m. Thursday. The work is scheduled to wrap by 4 a.m. Friday.
Officials said the ongoing repairs stem from a March 21 landslide near Redwood Boulevard and Buck Center Drive. Repair work saw all southbound lanes shut down over the weekend of March 25. For this round of work, PG&E crews will be working along the northern portion of the slide area.
