Wicked Slush Novato's last day will be on Saturday. The shop stated they would be open from noon until 8 p.m. or whenever they run out of slush. They will be offering free toppings and one free T-shirt or tank top per family until they are sold out.

"It only feels right to bring back some of our amazing, smiling employees that served you all throughout the years and have them sling slush one final time. They are all beyond amazing and have truly been the backbone to Wicked’s friendly reputation," the shop stated.

Wicked Slush is a type of soft, moldable frozen dessert, similar to shaved ice or Italian ice, and is often paired with creamy soft-serve ice cream. It comes in a wide variety of fruit and dessert flavors. The concept originated in Boston, but in 2016, a Healdsburg location brought the sweet East Coast treat to Northern California.

"We want to say a BIG thank you to all of our loyal customers including the City of Novato, NPD, NFD, NUSD and our dear friends who showed us endless kindness, support and always made us feel like family. The friendships we created and the support we received has meant the world to us and we will carry those memories with us for a lifetime. Thank you for being a part of our journey. We will miss you all so much," the shop stated.
