Coaster Holiday Express Train Coming To Town This Weekend In North County
Carolers and holiday characters will greet riders, perform songs, read a book and hand out wish lists to fill out for Santa.
OCEANSIDE, CA — Coaster bells ring, are you listening? In the lane, the Holiday Express is glistening!
The North County Transit District will bring Christmas cheer early with the arrival of the Coaster Holiday Express train this weekend in Oceanside.
The Holiday Express will depart rain or shine from the Oceanside Transit Center.

Riders are encouraged to wear their favorite pajamas for the hour-long journey along the coastline. During the ride, carolers and holiday characters will greet riders, perform songs, read a book and hand out wish lists to fill out for Santa.
Holiday Express trains will depart at 10:15 a.m., 12:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. on Dec. 6, 7, 13 and 14. An evening train will also depart at 5 p.m. on Dec. 6, 7 and 13.

Once the Holiday Express arrives back at the Oceanside Transit Center, a mailbox will be available for children to drop off their wish lists for Santa.
Oceanside Transit Center is at 235 S. Tremont St. in Oceanside.
