OCEANSIDE, CA — The American Ramp Company is working alongside the City of Oceanside to develop a Velosolutions Pump Track and wants your input on its design. Construction on the park is slated to begin in 2026, and the pump track in the summer of 2027, according to a recent meeting to discuss the project.

The closed circuit will offer a riding track for trail and BMX bikes, offering ramps, jumps and inclined walls all designed for gaining momentum. The park is situated near the FrontWave sports arena and will also feature other athletic courts and courses, including basketball, pickleball, playgrounds and Oceanside's first off-leash dog park. One of the final steps for the $17 million park is to finalize the plan for the $1 million pump track located off Rancho del Oro Road, north of Oceanside Boulevard.

The comment period is now underway on the website at americanrampcompany.com.
