OCEANSIDE-CAMP PENDLETON, CA— Moms do so much for everyone around them. We try to celebrate them all year long, but Mother's Day is a perfect opportunity to shout it from the rooftops and post it on Patch: Mom rocks!

What makes your Mom extra special?
My mom is everything to me. She is my Bestie. I can tell her anything and everything. I live to hang out with her every chance I get. My brother and I love her so much that she would do anything for both of us. Even stop to bring me lunch at school, when I don’t feel well. She is always ready to listen to what I have to say. My friends even turn to her for any question they might have.
Why do you feel your Mom deserves the spotlight?
By mom is a very special and understanding woman who loves to do anything for you.
