OCEANSIDE, CA — Oceanside Police Advisory: Power outage and traffic signals out in Tri-city area. Stop at all lights where there is no power.

Oceanside Police Department report there is a power outage in the Tri-city area caused by a downed powerline. SDGE is en route to repair but there are several traffic signals not working. Please exercise caution when approaching signals where the lights are out, stopping at intersections before passing through.
