Pizza Chain Opens Newest Location In San Diego's North County

OCEANSIDE, CA — There's a new pizza place in northern San Diego County.

Pizza Guys opened its newest location this month in Oceanside. The chain offers specialty pizzas, pastas, wings, salads and desserts.

The new restaurant is owned and operated by local entrepreneur Karan Malhotra, who told Patch he's thrilled to partner with a "quality chain to bring good quality pizzas to Oceanside."

"It has been a pleasure to work with the Pizza Guys corporate team and to see the intense focus on quality and customer service," he said. "This has been a key reason for me to choose Pizza Guys."

The Sacramento-based company was founded in 1986 and started franchising in 1994.

With nearly 40 years of experience in the industry, Pizza Guys has built its brand on using high-quality ingredients. Each location prepares dough from scratch daily and uses fresh ingredients to ensure every order meets the brand's high standards. The company is also known for its creative specialty pizzas and commitment to affordability without sacrificing quality.

The new restaurant marks the brand's 96th location in California and the first in the Oceanside area. The chain has two other San Diego area locations in Escondido and San Diego.
