Wind Advisory Issued For Oceanside With Gusts Up to 25 MPH

OCEANSIDE, CA — The National Weather Service has issued a wind advisory for Oceanside that extends throughout San Diego County.
The advisory will be in effect from 8 a.m. to midnight Tuesday for San Diego County's coastal areas and valleys. West winds around 20 mph with gusts up to 25 mph are expected, according to the NWS.
Forecasters advised motorists to use extra caution when driving, especially if operating high-profile vehicles. Residents should also secure outdoor objects.

"Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects," the NWS warned. "Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result."
