It happened at around 1 p.m. when officers were dispatched to the I-5 Freeway and Artesia Boulevard to assist California Highway Patrol with reports of a man who was walking in lanes of the freeway, according to a release from the Buena Park Police Department.
They said that the man was possibly armed with a weapon, though they did not disclose any further information.
