Driver Fatally Ejected From Car In Solo Freeway Crash: CHP

ANAHEIM, CA — At least one person was killed in a solo crash on the Interstate 5 Freeway in Anaheim, the California Highway Patrol said Monday.

The crash was reported at around 9:45 p.m. Sunday on the northbound side of the freeway near Euclid Street.

Upon arrival, officers found an overturned white sedan, according to reports.

The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. According to ABC 7, the driver was ejected in the crash.

The CHP diverted north and southbound freeway traffic off at Euclid while they investigated the crash.
