Irvine Man Arrested In Double Homicide In Anaheim

ANAHEIM, CA — An injured man found at the scene of a double homicide in an Anaheim apartment Tuesday morning was arrested in the killings.

Police found the bodies of Jonathan Bahm and Griffin Cuomo, both 23, in an apartment in the 2100 block of East Katella Avenue around 6:50 a.m. Tuesday, police said.

Ramy Fahim, 26, of Irvine, was arrested on suspicion of murder and booked into Anaheim City Jail without bail, the Anaheim Police Department said.

Fahim was also at the apartment and was taken to a hospital with unspecified minor injuries, police said. His condition was not known.

Anaheim police went to the apartment complex on East Katella Avenue near Angel Stadium about a possible assault in one of the units, authorities said.

Officers found the two men with stab wounds.

Police arrested Rahim at the hospital.

Rahim and Cuomo were co-workers at the Newport Beach financial firm Pence Wealth Management, according to their LinkedIn profiles.

Police believed that a knife found at the apartment was used in the killings, police said. Rahim's car was also located nearby and seized.

Police did not provide a motive for the killings.
