The man was crossing against a red light while the car had a green light, Radus said.
A few seconds after the Charger left the area, a black Jeep Wrangler also going southbound on Harbor Boulevard hit the man while he was on the asphalt. Radus said a white, two-door Honda Civic drove through the intersection two minutes later, and the man was struck for the third time.
All three cars left the scene and did not stop to help the man, Radus said.
