Thanksgiving this year falls on Thursday, Nov. 23. And whether you're starting a new family tradition, or staying true to your healthy, holiday ritual, turkey-day trots are planned throughout Orange County.

Most events are key fundraisers for community nonprofits, with several hosting costume contests and finish-line festivities.
