Police Chase Turns Into Multi-Car Crash In OC: Report

ANAHEIM, CA — A police pursuit in Anaheim turned into a multi-car crash on Saturday night, The Orange County Register reported.

The crashes were reported around 10 p.m. on Aug. 23 when police were in a pursuit of a possibly intoxicated driver hitting a pickup and ending with a police care striking a tree, the report said.

The officer and civilian driver were not injured, and the suspect was taken to a local hospital with no major injuries before being booked on suspicion of DUI.
