Public Tet Celebrations Return To Orange County: Report
Celebrations for the 2022 Lunar New Year, the Year of the Tiger, began in Orange County on Tuesday.
ORANGE COUNTY, CA — After taking 2021 off because of rising COVID-19 cases, public Tet celebrations in Orange County are expected to return in a big way Tuesday, according to the OC Register.
Tet celebrations include the Flower Festival at the Asian Garden Mall, which started on Jan. 14, and Saturday's Tet parade on Bolsa Avenue. A three-day festival will also be held at Fountain Valley's Mile Square Regional Park from Friday to Sunday, according to the Register.
The OC Fair & Event Center in Costa Mesa will also host Orange County's biggest Tet celebration from Saturday to Sunday, the paper reported.
