  1. Are you an Orange County teacher with a dream class project? The California Credit Union is funding innovative Orange County Teacher Projects through its grant program. The grant is "available to full-time teachers in Orange and Los Angeles County, or credit union members teaching in California." Find out more and where to apply by Feb. 28: (Fullerton Observer)
  2. The Naval Weapons Station at Seal Beach will conduct new military exercises starting Feb. 6. Over the next two weeks, naval bases around the U.S. will participate in Citadel Shield-Solid Curtain 2023 exercises. Residents may experience higher traffic days near the station and hear alarms and mass notifications over the loudspeaker. Officials said that the exercises are not due to an immediate threat.
