- Get ready for a windy day Monday. Forecasters say that strong wind gusts are likely, with a wind advisory issued for Southern California. Monday will be mostly sunny with highs of 62 to 65, and wind gusts of 20 to 30 m.p.h. Find out more here: (National Weather Service)
- Girl Scouts will distribute "over one million cookies across Orange County, which may or may not be enough." When Mia Tejeda of Newport Beach was 10 years old, someone gave her "a fake $100 bill to pay for Girl Scout cookies." - King Tides could bring possible flooding to coastal communities in Orange County through Monday. The surf "remained relatively calm" Saturday morning, lowering the flooding risk, but the King Tides are "expected to remain a threat" for minor flooding in coastal areas, the National Weather Service said. In Newport Beach, the tide is expected to reach "just short of seven feet" on Monday. (KTLA Los Angeles)
