The road for months has been affected by a lane closure due to storm damage. A portion of Temescal Canyon Road between Pacific Coast Highway and West Bowdin Street is facing structural instability thanks to water seepage following heavy winter rain, officials said.
Park previously kickstarted a plan to obtain funding for repairs after hearing concerns from Palisades residents about access to one of the few routes in and out of the neighborhood.
