PALO ALTO, CA — Four men were arrested Sunday on suspicion of making criminal threats to and stalking a Palo Alto man and then arriving at his home in a hybrid vehicle, police said. According to police, the men, Jin Quingmin, 54, of Alhambra, Ye Fan, 34, of Monterey Park, Dayong Ding, 46, of Azusa and Xuedong Chen, 49 of San Jose, were arrested at about 2:30 p.m. as they arrived near the victim's home in the 500 block of Forest Avenue in a 2015 Toyota Prius.

Sgt. David Lee alleged that the men had previously threatened to show up at the home of the victim, a man in his 50s, and do him harm. Lee said no weapons were discovered on the suspects.

All four were booked into the county jail.
