These gentle, 30-minute online yoga sessions are designed to support healthy aging by increasing flexibility, strength, balance, and vitality—while keeping you safe and supported.
You’ll practice seated yoga postures and simple standing movements using a sturdy chair for support. No need to get on the floor—just show up, move mindfully, and feel better in your body after every class.
