SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA, CA — A Palo Alto man was killed in a crash Wednesday night as he exited U.S. Highway 101 in San Francisco's Bayview District, police said Monday. Daniel Quiroz, 29, was exiting the highway around 11:15 p.m. when he struck a cement pillar in the area of Third Street and Jamestown Avenue, according to police.
