Why do you believe the star student athlete should be recognized?
Sonali is not only a star performer but also helps teach younger kids, doing so with a great attitude. Her smile is contagious and positive energy encouraging for the younger students who look up to her. Outside of Karate, she is also a very good student in her high school. But more importantly, she looks out for others and earlier this year set up a fundraiser for those in need, donating the money collected for putting together a cookbook to a local food bank. She not only mentors younger kids in Karate classes but also through cooking classes she runs. Sonali really is a great young lady.
What's one thing you want everyone to know about the star student athlete?
Sonali leads by example, doing the best she can in everything.
Keep up the great work, Sonali!
