Police Investigate Gunshot Reported In Palo Alto At Pardee Park

No victim was located and the scene is secure, but police said to expect heightened activity in the area while they investigate.

PALO ALTO, CA — A gunshot was heard and a man was seen with a gun at Eleanor Pardee Park in Palo Alto on Tuesday afternoon, according to the Palo Alto Police Department.

No victim was located and the scene is secure, but police said to expect heightened activity in the area while they investigate.

A suspect and two associates were seen driving out of the area around 1:30 p.m., police said. The suspect is described as a Hispanic male between 17 and 25 years old. He was wearing a black shirt and blue jeans, and was driving a silver four-door Honda.
