Sexual Battery Reported At Stanford

The Department of Public Safety is looking for a man who sexually battered a person on campus Saturday night.

STANFORD - Stanford University’s Department of Public Safety is looking for a man who sexually battered someone on campus Saturday night.

Deputies with the department received a report of sexual battery in a bathroom at the Main Quad around 8 p.m., public safety officials said.

The suspect is described as a white man who appeared to be in his early 20s, stands about 6 feet tall and had a full beard, according to the officials.

He wore a red Stanford hooded sweatshirt, black Stanford sweatpants and white shoes.

Anyone with information on the incident is asked to call the university’s Department of Public Safety at (650) 329-2413.
