37th Annual Palos Verdes Street Fair & Music Festival Returns Next Week

PALOS VERDES, CA — The 37th Annual Palos Verdes Street Fair & Music Festival is back next week, featuring lots of family-friendly activities just in time for Father's Day.

The event kicks off Friday, June 13, with the Teen Night Carnival from 5 to 10 p.m. The street fair and carnival will take place on Saturday and Sunday, with an "unforgettable weekend" of fun, food and festivities, according to the Palos Verdes Chamber of Commerce.

There will be carnival rides, live music, local food vendors, pony rides and petting zoos and a beer and wine garden, according to the event organizers.

Admission and parking at the event are free; however, tickets will need to be purchased to participate in the rides and other festivities.

Bands such as the 80'z Allstars, School of Rock and Stone Soul will be performing over the weekend. There will also be line dancing with music from The James Kelly Band & The Champagne Cowgirl.

Saturday, June 14

• Sing in Chinese — 11 a.m.
• 80'z Allstars — Noon to 1:30 p.m.
• Kelly Boyz — 2 to 3:30 p.m.
• Upstream — 4 to 5:30 p.m.
• Brent George Live — 6 to 7:30 p.m.
• School of Rock — 8 to 10 p.m.

Sunday, June 15

• Dance Space AI Vibration — 10 a.m.
• Dance Center Torrance — 10:20 a.m.
• Electric Crew — 10:40 a.m.
• The Dance Factory — 11 a.m.
• Andy & Renee & Hard Rain — Noon to 1:30 p.m.
• Stone Soul — 2 to 3:30 p.m.
• Juice Boxx Heroes — 4 to 5:30 p.m.
• The James Kelly Band & The Champagne Cowgirl — 6 to 7:30 p.m.
• Mark Fitchett Band — 7:45 to 9 p.m.

The fair will be open Saturday from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. and the carnival from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. The schedule changes Sunday, with the fair operating from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. and the carnival from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
