Biker, 24, Killed In South Bay Crash
A man killed in a crash with a semi-trailer in Torrance was identified Tuesday morning.
TORRANCE, CA — Authorities identified a 24-year-old man killed in a motorcycle crash with a semi-trailer in Torrance was identified Tuesday.
According to the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner's office, Julio Rivas Rivera died in the fatal Monday morning crash on the northbound Harbor (110) Freeway.
The St. Patrick's Day crash was reported at 11:18 a.m. near the northbound Harbor (110) Freeway at Sepulveda Boulevard, according to the California Highway Patrol. The crash triggered a SigAlert in Torrance Monday.
