Road Construction Planned In The Peninsula On Hawthorne Boulevard

ROLLING HILLS ESTATES, CA — Construction is expected to start this week in the Peninsula along Hawthorne Boulevard, city officials said Monday.

A southbound lane will be closed temporarily for storm drain construction on Hawthorne Boulevard, from Rolling Hills Estates City limit to Blackhorse Road, beginning Tuesday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

"Drivers should proceed cautiously through the work zone and carefully follow work zone signs and instructions," officials said.

Drivers can expect delays in the area.
