Alleged Arsonist Charged in Pasadena Fire Deaths Due in Court Tuesday
The man who allegedly started a fire at a boarding home in Pasadena that killed two people is due in court Tuesday.

A man charged with murder for allegedly setting fire to a Pasadena boarding home that killed two people is scheduled to appear in court Tuesday.
A preliminary hearing date will be set for Garth Allen Robbins, who is accused of starting a fire at a home at 1385 El Sereno Avenue in November that killed two people and injured a third.
The Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office charged Robbins with 19 felony counts that included murder, attempted murder and arson. He is being held without bail, according to sheriff's booking records.
