PASADENA, CA — Residents will have the chance to grab a cup of coffee and learn more about Pasadena’s community services during a special event Tuesday at the Jackie Robinson Community Center.

The Parks, Recreation and Community Services Department will host "Coffee with Community Services." The event aims to “showcase the wide range of community services available” in Pasadena, organizers said.

Residents will learn about getting assistance with landlord/tenant disputes, immigration services, small claims and social security. City workers will provide free consultations for community services and schedule any necessary follow-up appointments, organizers said.

“The community services we provide are the definition of essential services,” she said. "Since the start of the pandemic, staff has been performing these services online and over the phone."
