Pasadena Police to Work as Waiters for Special Olympics Fundraiser
The "Tip-A-Cop" program will send Pasadena Police officers to a local restaurant to work as servers later this month.

Pasadena Police officers will serve guests at Hamburger Hamlet later this month as part of the "Tip-A-Cop" fundraiser for the Special Olympics.
The fundraiser kicks off on Thursday from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., according to the restaurant.
"The Special Olympics have been transforming the lives of athletes with disabilities for years," Pasadena Police Chief Phillip Sanchez told the Pasadena Star-News. "Through the program's efforts, participants share the joy, pride and courage of participation. We are proud to support this cause."

Hamburger Hamlet is located at 214 S. Lake Ave.
