2 Pedestrians Hit In Petaluma Crash, Leaving 1 With Life-Threatening Injuries: Police

Anyone who saw or has video or other evidence regarding the crash is asked to contact police.

PETALUMA, CA — Two pedestrians were injured in a crash Tuesday in Petaluma, according to police.

Officers responded shortly after 1:15 p.m. to Petaluma Boulevard North and B Street, police said. The pedestrians had been walking in a marked crosswalk when the driver of a southbound SUV struck them, according to police.

Both victims were taken to local hospitals for treatment, with one pedestrian suffering life-threatening injuries. The driver stayed at the scene and was cooperating with the investigation, police said, adding alcohol and drugs are not believed to be a factor in the collision.
