New Trees to be Planted in McDowell Park Saturday

It'll be months before Arbor Day is celebrated around the country, but some Petaluma residents will be observing it early this weekend.

Petaluma's Tree Advisory Committee and a local 4H group will be planting three new trees in McDowell Park at 10 a.m. Saturday.

The event will be held at the corner of Park Lane and McGregor Avenue.
