An officer stopped a vehicle on Sycamore at Lupine and cited a 46-year-old Hercules man on suspicion of driving without a license.

1815 hours: Fraud

A Chase bank employee reported a subject attempted to cash a $1,729.60 check that had already been cashed, according to the bank’s computer system. The subject left in a black Honda, leaving a driver's license and the check behind.

0207 hours: Driving Under the Influence/Warrant Arrest

An officer stopped a vehicle on Victoria Crescent and arrested a 26-year-old Oakland man on suspicion of DUI and on a misdemeanor warrant.
