Pinole-Hercules Death Notices

Sixto Tongos, a resident of Pinole, was born in The Philippines. He was a World War II veteran who was granted U.S. citizenship in 1996. Tongos worked as a certified public accountant. He was a past grand knight of the Knights of Columbus. Tongos died on August 27 at the age of 89.

Allie Mae Sims, a resident of Hercules, will be remembered by family and friends at a funeral service at the Bethel Missionary Baptist Church in Oakland.
