Hi! Here's my yummy-healthy-lunchtime smoothie recipe. Β This is so filling that I don't even crave anything else for lunch.
1 cup Organic Spinach
1/3 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
1/2 cup Coconut Water
1 Banana
1/2 cup Frozen Mangos
1/2 cup Frozen Strawberries
Splash of Apple Juice
***Add 1/2 tbsp Organic Agave Syrup to sweeten, if desired.
Serves 2
