Please be advised as of Monday, July 12 all Building ad Grading Permits must be submitted via the ePermits Center website and we will no long accept permit applications via email. Any permit application submitted by emailed and received by July 11 is being processed to completion. Please register to use our ePermits process now so that you will be ready to submit future applications.

The Department of Conservation and Development’s ePermits Center provides a web based permitting system to allow contractors, property owners, owner agents and design professionals to apply for permits, pay permit fees, view permit status and schedule/cancel inspections. There are helpful resources on the ePermits Center to help users navigate the ePermits Center webpage.
