Graze Craze Charcuterie Shop Opens in Pleasant Hill, California
Innovative concept expands in the East Bay with fresh, made-to-order boards for events, gatherings and everyday enjoyment

– Graze Craze®, the fast-growing concept known for transforming charcuterie into an art form, is bringing its signature graze-style boards to Pleasant Hill and East Bay Area with a new store now open at 1200 Contra Costa Blvd. Local owner Michele Sears Rose, a longtime Contra Costa County resident and community volunteer, looks forward to introducing the community to her hand-crafted charcuterie arrangements that elevate every occasion.
Graze Craze Pleasant Hill is led by Sears Rose and her team of expert Grazologists™, who design beautiful and balanced charcuterie boards using only the highest-quality ingredients. Each arrangement blends premium cured meats and cheeses with fresh fruits, crisp vegetables, house-made dips, jams, nuts and sweets—carefully crafted for both flavor and visual appeal.
“Graze Craze is all about bringing people together to enjoy exceptional food that’s as beautiful as it is delicious,” said Sears Rose. “I opened this shop to invest in something my husband is passionate about, while doing something I love—serving the community. We’re excited to serve the Pleasant Hill and East Bay areas and offer a unique new shareable food experience that makes for the perfect centerpiece for creating memories.”
