Man Killed, Another Injured In Pleasant Hill Shooting

The shooting happened shortly after noon on Tuesday.

PLEASANT HILL, CA — One man died and another suffered life-threatening injuries in a shooting in Pleasant Hill on Tuesday, according to police.

Officers responded shortly before noon to reports of a shooting in the area of Twinbridge Circle near Longbrook Way, Pleasant Hill police said.

The two victims were found with multiple gunshot wounds. Both were taken to John Muir Medical Center in Walnut Creek where one, a 67-year-old man, died of his injuries, police said. No arrest has been made in the shooting and no detailed suspect information was immediately released by Pleasant Hill police.
