Patch Poll: Should It Be A Fine To Text While Walking?

Police are cracking down on drivers who text at the same time, and most people feel like that's a good idea. 

But now comes the notion that texting while walking can lead to unsafe situations. A town in New Jersey has decided that it's enough of a hazard to impose an $85 fine on those caught texting while walking.
