Retired teachers are Fit & Active ! February 7th the Diablo Vista CAL - RTA -Division 52 met for a Bi-monthly meeting and lunch with hearts, minds and bodies as a theme. A culinary medicine presentation by C. Gershen, Dr. Hu and Physical Trainer Michele H. kept the crowd entertained and moving to promote anti- aging awareness.
