Sunday Singalong - Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow

We've had so many, many months of being courted, of being promised a better life, more prosperity, safer neighborhoods, happier children, etc. From the national to the local, those seeking office have been relentlessly making their case, pleading with us to trade our vote for the wonderful things they'll give us. 

Perhaps it's true, perhaps it's not. But one thing we've been assured of through all this is that those office-seekers truly care about us. Our well-being is the one thing that matters, they say. All else is secondary. 

Well, for those seeking our vote, this Sunday Singalong is our gift to them. We love to be courted, we hate to be forgotten. So here's the eternal question -- will you still love me tomorrow? 

The song was written by the legendary Gerry Goffen and Carole King, who laid down a fantastic cover of her own on the masterpiece solo album "Tapestry." And the Shirelles had the original hit in 1960, though it's said that the group originally thought the song too country for their taste. It was a number one smash. 

This version, though, is my favorite. It's Amy Winehouse at her finest, effortlessly gliding her way through the tune with her heart clearly on display. 

So, for those who have promised us so much for so long, we have a question for you.
