Annual Pleasanton Run For Education: Registration Open

Support local schools at the run for education. Learn how to sign up and when the run will be held.

PLEASANTON, CA — Get in shape while supporting Pleasanton schools at this spring's 10th annual Run for Education.

The April 22 event is hosted by nonprofit Pleasanton Partners in Education and is open to those looking to run or walk a 5K, 10K or 15K. Feel free to bring your wheelchair or stroller.

Kids may participate in a non-competitive quarter-mile challenge, according to an event flyer.

It will be held at the Alameda County Fairgrounds and start times will be scattered, beginning with the 7:50 a.m. 10K and 15K runners and ending with kids' challenge runners at 9:15 a.m., according to the event flyer.

Tickets start at $17 for kids and cost as much as $50 for the 15K. Pleasanton Unified School District employees receive a discount.
