Freeway Collision Slows Traffic In Pleasanton

PLEASANTON, CA — A crash on I-680 that blocked all four lanes on Thursday morning was impacting traffic from Sunol to Dublin, the California Highway Patrol said.

The crash was reported around 9:04 a.m. on southbound I-680 near Highway 84. Around 9:13 a.m., a SIG ALERT was issued after CHP officers reported that traffic in all lanes was at a "dead stop."

It was unknown whether anyone was injured in the collision as of 9:46 a.m.
