Pleasanton Man Shot, In Critical Condition: Police
A 41-year-old man was shot in the head and leg following what police believe was a dispute over loud music. No suspect has been named.
PLEASANTON, CA - A 41-year-old Pleasanton man is in critical condition after being shot in the parking lot of an apartment complex on Bernal Avenue, according to the Pleasanton Police Department.
At 1:51 a.m. Wednesday, officers were called to the Civic Square Apartment complex following reports of a shooting, police said. Officers arrived to find a man with multiple gunshot wounds in his leg and head. Officers provided emergency medical assistance while the victim was transported to a nearby care center, where he is listed in critical condition as of Wednesday night.
A preliminary investigation indicated that the shooting may have arisen due to a dispute over loud music, police said. No suspect has been identified as of Wednesday night.
