Pleasanton Drunk Driver Found With 11 Lbs. Of Marijuana: Police

A car that crashed Monday in Pleasanton had an intoxicated driver and 11 pounds of marijuana, police said.

PLEASANTON, CA — Pleasanton police found 11 pounds of marijuana inside a car that crashed Monday evening near Santa Rita Road and West Las Positas Boulevard.

The driver, whose name was not released, was found to be under the influence of alcohol, according to the Pleasanton Police Department. He was taken to the hospital and cite-released.
